The Femme Apparel was created by Zlata, founder of Femmefit Women’s Gym (est. 2014) - a space built on empowering women, confidence, and community. After more than a decade working closely with thousands of women, listening to their stories, understanding their insecurities, and witnessing their strengths, one thing became clear: women deserve clothing that makes them feel as good as they look.
How It Started
For years, Zlata watched women from all backgrounds walk into her gym wanting the same thing- to feel confident in their own skin. She saw what styles they gravitated toward, what made them feel beautiful, and what was missing in today’s gym apparel. That’s what inspired Zlata to create The Femme Apparel- a brand designed around real women, real bodies, and real everyday moments.
This journey has been made possible with the unwavering support of Zlata’s husband and family, their encouragement, love, and belief in her vision.

The name Femme comes from the French word for woman- a symbol of femininity, identity, and strength. It embodies the balance of softness and power, the beauty of being unapologetically you. This philosophy guides everything we create at The Femme Apparel.
